The Robo-Accu Jet waterjet system offers maximum flexibility for the stone industry job shop, where cutting applications can vary from processing soft materials at high speeds to cutting precision shapes from 3 cm granite. And because it's motion ways are placed behind the catcher tank top, a misdirected (or dropped) sheet of heavy stone is much less likely to strike vital system motion structures during the loading phase, making this design an excellent choice for forklift and crane loaded operations.

The Robo- Accu Jet design starts with a robust heavy duty weldment structure that is stress relieved and machined to provide long term accuracy for the motion components. All motion is controlled through digital drives and motors with 5,000 count encoders. High precision square rail linear bearings are used to ensure maximum accuracy and are covered with abrasive rated bellows, providing full protection from abrasive contaminants. The intuitive interface for the PC Control ensures the machine operator will have full control of cutting operations with minimal training.
